Bored of usual scramble eggs? Try adding minced meat or chicken for more protein and nutrients. No need pre fry the minced meat. Just mix them up and pan fry in just 5-10 minutes. Easy to cook egg recipe for breakfast or lunch

200g minced chicken / pork
salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp light soy sauce
In a large bowl, crack in 3 eggs. Beat the eggs with a fork. Leave aside. Minced the chicken or pork with a chief knife. Transfer to a small bowl. Marinate with salt, pepper and light soy sauce. Mix well...
