Shrimp Mango Salad

Shredded mango, sliced shrimp, grated carrot, basil, mint, and perilla combined together in a sweet and savory Asian inspired salad. In about 20 minutes, you can have a delicious salad ready to be served.

2 ½ cups green mango, grated (about 1 large mango)

10 large shrimp, deshelled and deveined

1/3 cup carrots, grated

1/3 cup basil leaves

1/3 cup mint leaves

¼ cup perilla leaves

1 chili pepper

1 tablespoon fish sauce

1 ½ teaspoons sugar
