A high protein convenient way to start your day with pumpkin! High Protein, Low Carb, One Serving!

1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree (NOT pumpkin pie filling)
1 egg
1/2 cup egg whites (or another egg)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon (I just shake some into the batter)
1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice (same I just shake it in)
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
