"Skinny" omelet

Here is my recipe for a skinny omelet using egg whites, so healthy and no carbs! Great for a healthy breakfast or healthy sunday brunch!.

3 egg whites ( I love egg beaters egg whites)

Handful of spinach (about 1/2 cup)

1/2 cup mushrooms

4 or 5 grape tomatoes

1 avocadopepper, to taste

handful of light shredded cheese
