Happy Saturday! So it's fall, why not warm up to a great healthy breakfast! Try my recipe for whole wheat pancakes and fruit, half the calories and carbs of regular pancakes. enjoy! ?

3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash of ground cinnamon
1 cup milk (any kind)
1 large egg
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons fat free butter ( I like to use Smart Balance)
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
