Skinny Shepherd's Pie Using Cauliflower

My secret ingredient to make this low carb dish.. cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes! A perfect healthy dinner perfect for upcoming St Patrick's day!

3 lbs of turkey ground beef
2 large carrots, grated or finely chopped
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp dried crushed rosemary
1 tbsp dried thyme
5 cloves of garlic, minced or pressed
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
6 oz tomato paste
a few glugs of red wine, approximately 3/4 cup, you can also substitute this with beef broth
olive oil
salt and pepper
2 large heads of cauliflower
