Speedy Cinnamon Cake

It can't be speedier, it can't be tastier, it can't have sweetier and more irresistible aroma...

2 cups cold water
2 cups sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
3 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup raisins (dried)
1. Preheat oven at 200 degrees. 2. Mix water and sugar until the sugar is melted. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well until it's fully combined. 3. Pour the mixture into a lightly greased baking pan sprinkled with some flour and bake for about half an hour. 4. Let it cool completely and than cut it into pieces at your convenience. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bon appétit!
