SPINACH & RICOTTA LASAGNA

Lasagna: this is the name of one of the oldest shapes of pasta, usually rectangular or ribbon, and a little thicker than tagliatelle.

1 package of ready to use lasagna

½ a bag of frozen spinach

1 garlic clove

2 cups ricotta cheese

3 cups bechamel sauce (see recipe in “how to make”)

1 ½ cups grated parmesan

salt and pepper (if you like)
At first stew the frozen spinach in a large pan with a very little olive oil, a garlic clove, and a pinch of salt....
