Recently I visited my friend who lives in Kerala and she served this as breakfast to us. It was so delicious and mouthwatering which can be made very easily. Of course a stomach filling one too. A very healthy breakfast or evening tiffin for growing children and an interesting way to make them eat fruits. Every bite of this gives awesome taste with the perfect blending of coconut, banana and honey.....

Ripened Plantains 4
Fresh Grated Coconut 3 tb spoons
Honey 2 tb spoons
Sugar or brown sugar 2 tb spoons
In a pan dry roast the coconut till the moisture goes and keep it aside. Once it cools down mix sugar or brown sugar with it and keep aside. Remove the edges on the both sides of the Plantain and cut them...
