• Carrots, grated – 1 cup
• Cabbage, grated
• Bell pepper, chopped – 5 tbsp
• Spring onions – 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp
• Chilies, chopped – 1 tbsp or as per taste
• Soy sauce – 1 tsp
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper – 1 tsp
