This Strawberry Coconut Chia pudding is the easiest and healthy recipe ever. It is made with chia, coconut milk and strawberry! Gluten-free and dairy-free!

3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp agave nectar (or honey)
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 cups fresh strawberries

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
