A sweet and healthy treat for Valentine\\\'s Day!

8-10 Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup whole raw almonds
½ cup toasted unsweetened coconut
½ cup freeze dried strawberries
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
For the chocolate (optional)

In a food processor, insert pitted dates and almonds and pulse to break up a bit. Note: if they are large dates you may only need 8.
