1/4 cup dark brown sugar
3 tbsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp granulated sugar
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp ground dry mustard
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground ginger

Stir all ingredients together. Store in airtight container for up to 1 month.
