The Best Jalapeño Cilantro Lime Hummus

Awesome with crackers, bread, on sandwiches, or just by itself. You will love this recipe and so will everyone around you!

1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1/4 cup tahini
2/3 cup cilantro
2 garlic cloves, peeled and diced
½ large jalapeño, chopped
1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
dash of cumin
dash of pepper
dash of salt
juice of 1 lime
juice of ½ of a lemon (~¼ cup)
? cup water
Add all the ingredients, in order, to a Vita-mix or food processor. Pulse while pressing down on the mixture with a tamper. If needed, add a tad more water or oil to get the right consistency.
