If you are looking for the BEST Steak Marinade ever, this is it! Plus, it's quick and easy, made with pantry staples so you probably have everything on hand! It's perfect for grilling ups juicy, flavorful steaks that are super tender.

3 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce ( low sodium )
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp honey
1 1/2 lbs steak

In a small bowl whisk all the ingredients except the steak.
