2 Medium Onions

5 Cups Chopped Tomatoes

1/4 tsp Chili Powder

1/2 tsp Cumin

1 Clove of Garlic, minced

1/3 Cup Quinoa

1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika

Salt/Pepper, to taste
