Enjoy a classic creamy tomato soup with a pumpkin curry twist.

1 cup of broth of choice (I used vegetable broth)
1 cup unflavored pumpkin puree
1 cup unflavored tomato puree
1 cup coconut milk, full fat works best
1 tablespoon curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk. Add to a medium sized pan and heat on stove on medium high until warm and bubbly. Stir before serving.
