Tomato Ravioli

The ravioli pasta is made using Tomato. The filling is vegetarian: Yellow Squash, Green Squash, Ricotta.

- 1 Cup of All purpose flour
– 5 Campari tomatoes
– 1 yellow squash
– 1 green squash
– 1 tsp crushed black pepper
– 2 tsp ricotta cheese
– 1 tsp of sea salt or to taste
– 1 tsp olive oil
– Water for boiling
