375ml/12.75fl oz water
15ml/0.5fl oz soy sauce (gluten-free optional)
1/2 tsp. salt

For the Sushi Rice

200g/7oz uncooked glutinous white rice
60ml/2fl oz rice vinegar
15ml/0.5fl oz maple syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
