This cheesy tortellini pasta dish will have you feeling good about dinner because it is chalk full of veggies. It's very versatile. You can change the veggies to those your family prefers. You can add cooked chicken if you desire or you can swap out the chicken broth for vegetable broth and make it a vegetarian meal.

3 garlic cloves, minced
1 large crown of broccoli, cut into florets
8-10 asparagus spears
1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
1 zucchini, cut into strips
1 yellow squash, cut into strips
3 scallions, chopped
1 package cheese tortellini (family size)
10 oz chicken broth
2 T flour
salt
pepper
1/2 C Parmesan cheese, freshly grated + more for serving
