Snickerdoodles are such a classic cookie. Easy to make, yummy to eat – what’s not to love? My boys, Reece in particular, are BIG Snickerdoodle fans. I actually have to hide the cookies from Reece to stop him from eating the whole batch! Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside, these cookies are just delightful! 1/2 cup butter ( softened )
1/2 cup butter-flavored shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs ( room temperature )
1 Tbls vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
1/8 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
4 Tbls sugar
4 tsp cinnamon
