Toasted Chilies and cocoa make a rich and delicious soup. Added in turkey creates a healthy and quick meal perfect for those cold winter evenings.

5 large dried chilies (any type works)
2 c. warm water
1 large onion
5 large cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 zucchini
1 can hominy
2 c. shredded turkey *
2 tsp. Braggs Aminos (or just use soy sauce)
1 Tbsp. oregano
2 tsp. cumin
4 c. chicken broth
1 lime, juiced
Salt and Pepper to taste
extra limes for serving and squeezing
cilantro

¼ c. jicama cut into matchsticks
1tsp. chili powder
