Turmeric Baked Sweet Potato Wedges with Smoky Tahini Dip

These smoky and spicy baked sweet potato wedges are a great and healthy snack and the smoky tahini dip is absolutely delicious! And just look at that color!

2 large sweet potatoes, washed and cut length wise into wedges
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

For the dip
½ cup tahini
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, diced
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp honey
½ tsp salt
¾ tsp smoked paprika
