In my travels throughout the country, I discovered some of the most amazing seafood dishes in Tuscany, along with some incredible wines. Tuscan Seafood Stew, which the Italians call Cacciucco, is rich and aromatic, filled with fish, scallops, clams, shrimp and crab. 1 pound Alaskan king crab claws, shells cracked
1 pound Manila clams
8 ounces of shrimp, shell on and deveined
8 ounces of bay scallops
1 pound of cod
2 cups red wine, an affordable Chianti is perfect and you can drink the rest

8 cloves of garlic, chopped
