A simple, easy and scrumptious snack made with minimum ingredients. This is a popular South Indian fried snack usually served with coffee or tea in the evening.

Urad dal 2 cups (Black Gram)
Red chillies 3
Green chillies 2
Raw rice 1 tea spoon
Finely chopped onions 2
Finely chopped curry leaves 2 tb spoons
Wash urad dal and rice & soak in water for 1 hour. Then drain out the water completely out. Add the chillies and required salt and grind in a blender and run for few minutes. Then add little water and...
