Chewy bars full of superfoods that are the perfect pre/post workout snack.

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup honey, agave nectar, or pure maple syrup
1/2 cup all natural nut butter, I used almond
1/2 cup raw almonds, chopped
1/2 cup raw cashews, chopped
2 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp flax seeds, ground or whole (I kept mine whole)
2 tbsp sunflower seeds, roasted or raw
1 heaping cup of dates (deglet nour or medjool), pitted and chopped
1/2 cup of dried cranberries or dried cherries
