A healthy Vegan Rice Pudding recipe that is simple to make and satisfying. This total comfort food is full of ingredients that will nourish with beautifying ingredients. Theres something about a hot steaming bowl of rice pudding that screams indulgence and comfort. One of my favorite desserts when I was younger, this is a healthy take full of goodness that doesnt compromise on flavor.
1/2 can Coconut Milk (I use full fat)
1 cup Cooked brown rice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 cup Cooked brown rice
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tbsp Desiccated Coconut
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
Pour coconut milk into a small pot over medium-high heat. Bring to a simmer. Add maple syrup and rice and stir until combined.
Leave to simmer for five minutes, the mixture will become creamier and thicker....
