This Vegan Tofu Wraps recipe is rich with Protein. Has Peanut Butter + Soy Sauce Marinated Tofu, Soba Noodles, Hummus, Red Onions & Whole Wheat Tortilla

For the Tofu Marinade
1 cup of soy sauce
3 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
2 tsp of flax seed flour
2 tsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper (optional)
½ tsp of sea salt (optional)
For the Wrap
2 Whole Wheat Wraps
½ of a Tofu Block
1 cup of Baby spinach
4 oz of Soba noodles (about ? of a 12 oz packet)
2 mini sweet peppers
¼ of a red onion
1 cup of hummus
Honey mustard (optional)
1 cup of soy sauce
