A vegan dish that can be made in 20 minutes, faster than getting pizza delivered. This healthy take on a vegan pizza focuses on the veggies. For the crust, you can make your own flatbread (https://findingbakersbliss.wordpress.com/2015/01/20/best-bread-ever-easy-quick-vegan-whole-wheat-flatbread/), use pita bread, naan, or pre-made crust. 1/2 cup tomato sauce
3/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
3/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
3/4 cup onions, chopped
1 cup spinach
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon (dried or fresh) basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 pizza crust(pita bread, naan will work)
