Walnut Crumble Apple Pie

This apple pie is vegan, gluten free, dairy free, and naturally sweetened. Full of flavor, this apple pie is sure to be a hit no matter what your diet! The added benefits from the protein powder makes this good enough to eat for breakfast!

3 tbs. applesauce
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tbs. coconut flour
½ tsp. stevia
1 scoop Vega One Vanilla Chia or protein powder of choice
2 tbs. almond flour
1 tsp. chia seeds
2 flax eggs (2 tbs. flax and 6 tbs. water - mix and sit in fridge 15 mins)
½ tsp. baking powder
