Sweet cherry tomatoes lightly sautéed in garlic, vinegar and fresh basil.

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, grated
1 pound mixed red and yellow cherry tomatoes
1 tablespoon white wine or white balsamic vinegar
Very small pinch salt
4 fresh basil leaves, chopped into chiffonade * see note
