Super yummy and healthy cereal Bars with Grape-nuts cereal. Nothing processed. No dairy. Just pure whole food goodness!

1 cup medjool dates
1 cup water
3/4 cup almond or peanut butter
1 cup honey
Dash of salt
1/2 cup chopped almonds or other nut (optional)
1 tsp chia seeds
4 cups Grape-Nuts Cereal
