Here is a recipe that you will only believe actually works if you try it! This pita bread has the real pita pocket!! It is pretty amazing! You put a flat piece of dough in the oven and *POOF* a pocket appears! And, did I mention that they are DELICIOUS!!

1 TBS Yeast
1 1/4 Warm Water
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Honey
3 1/2-4 cups Whole Wheat Flour
Makes approx 20 pita pockets!
