4
1 cup unsalted peanut
3 cup water
1 tablespoon agar powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
3 cup water
1 tablespoon agar powder
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Soak peanut overnight. Drin before use.
Remove the peels of the peanuts.
Put peanuts and water in a blender, blend until smooth, then pour through a strainer to remove the pulp.
Add agar powder to the peanut milk, cook over low heat until sticky, stirring, about 4-5 minutes.
Wet a square glass container, pour the peanut mixture into the container, then refrigerate until set.
Serve with soy sauce.
Optional topping: grated daikon, grated ginger, chopped green onions, wasabi.
