Asian BBQ Chicken Thighs

This mari­nade lends itself per­fectly to chicken due to its slightly salty ingre­di­ents which fill the cells of the meat so that when it cooks it releases the excess liq­uid, main­tain­ing moist and ten­der meat.

4-5 lbs chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
2 tablespoons ginger root, grated
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 cup sweet chili sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
3 tablespoons fish sauce, optional
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
Combine all the marinade ingredients in a large zip lock bag. Squish to mix well. Drop the chicken into the marinade....
