1 lb. ground beef
2 cups cooked rice (can use brown rice, white rice, or even quinoa)
1 medium onion, finely diced
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon onion powder
Pepper, to taste
3 strips bacon
