Creamy oil free dressing compliments almost any dish. Drizzle this creamy avocado fish taco sauce on tacos, fish, poultry or salads for a punch of zesty healthy flavor!

1 avocado
½ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup water
2 cups of cilantro with stems
½ lime juice
1 large garlic clove
¼ teaspoon salt (I use Himalayan)
1-2 splashes of chipotle sauce (optional)
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Serve over fish tacos, blackened fish, or salad.

Sauce:
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
4 tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Mastard
100 g Cheese
1 pinch Salt
1 pinch Pepper

1. Cut the big prawn in half.

2. Put mayonnaise, milk, mustard , salt and pepper in a jam jar. Close the lid and shake it.
