Warm apple dish, soft and delightful.

1 Granny Smith apple
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
ΒΌ cup chopped walnut
1 tablespoon Goji berries (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove core of apple and cut into thin slices.
Lay out apple slices in a baking dish.
Sprinkle lemon juice, than sugar, then walnut over the apple.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
(Optional) Before serving, top with Goji berries.
