There is no need for so much semolina flour, 3-4 tbsp are more than enough, depending on haw hard the cheese is. If the cheese is softer you may put even some white flour, to get the right consistency. The balls are no bigger than walnuts, that's why you can make around 28-30 balls. Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
In a medium bowl mix the grated cheese with semolina flour. Then add the egg, salt, pepper and dill and mix thoroughly to form a dough.
