A super fast and delicious weeknight dinner that's meant to impress!

1-2 lbs fresh or thawed shrimp, peeled, deviened, tails on (I buy them this way to save time)
4 Tbsp butter
1 packet Italian dressing mix
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3-4 lemons, sliced
