Maitake has a strong aroma. A simple sauce can enhance its flavor.

3.5 ounce maitake mushroom
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon orange juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon orange juice
1 garlic clove, minced
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread out the maitake mushroom in a baking dish with lid.
Mix soy sauce, orange juice and garlic. Pour over the maitake and cover.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Note: Adjust the amount of soy sauce according to its taste. If the orange juice is not sweet enough, you can add a little sugar.
