A fluffy banana coconut tres leches cake soaked with coconut milk, frosted with whipped cream, toasted coconut flakes, and topped with caramelized bananas.

½ cup sugar
¼ cup coconut sugar ( or brown sugar )
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
½ cup (1 stick) melted butter
1 cup mashed bananas ( about 3 )

½ cup coconut milk
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup milk
1½ cups heavy cream
½ cup unsweetened coconut flakes ( toasted )

4 bananas ( cut into slices )
¼ cup coconut oil
¼ cup coconut sugar
½ tsp salt

8 small taro roots
water
salt
1 cup yogurt, mixed with enough water to submerge roots (add salt)
