For about 200 calories you can enjoy this cool, creamy, and healthy Banoffee Pie Protein Smoothie! It’s a decadent-tasting breakfast or snack that blends banana, caramel, and a graham cracker crust in one delicious clean eating recipe!

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used Quest Vanilla Milkshake Protein Powder, which has 100 calories per scoop, but I have also used Quest Salted Caramel Protein Powder)
½ medium banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen
1 cup unsweetened almond milk (Original or Vanilla flavored)
¼ teaspoon caramel extract or caramel flavoring
Pinch of salt
1-2 cups ice
For topping: ½ of a wholegrain graham cracker, crushed**
Optional garnish: caramel syrup
Add first 6 ingredients to blender and combine! Top with graham cracker crumbs and optional caramel sauce. Serve immediately.
