Homemade seitan from scratch, with 20 grams of protein per 140 calories. A vegan and vegetarian protein staple, easy and delicious! Use in stir-fries, tacos, chili, and more.

1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp all-purpose seasoning
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 cup low-sodium vegetable broth
1 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup chickpea flour
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
