3 tbsp cornstarch, divided
1/4 tsp garlic salt
1# uncooked, lean beef sirloin, thinly sliced
2 tsp olive oil
1 - 14.5z can of FF chicken broth
6 cups uncooked broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup of water
1/4 tsp garlic salt
