This vegan recipe is made with very little sugar. It is full of fiber, seeds and fruity goodness, perfect to kick start your day.

750 g plums, halved, pitted
 
1cup wholemeal flour
 
5 tablespoons coconut oil
 
2 tablespoons flaxseed
 
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
 
2 tablespoons chia seeds
 
2 tablespoons sugar
