This breakfast to get you and your child through the cold season as well as the change between Winter and Spring. The magic ingredients for this easy meal make it a great food remedy!

1 cup oats (I like using rolled oats)
1 cup pre-cut pineapple
1/2 teaspoon ginger (use less or more depending on taste tolerance)
