Caramelized oranges, quicker and easier

Easier than my other caramelized oranges recipe!

8 oranges
1 and a half cup sugar
1 and a half cup water
Mint leaves
1. Peel oranges with knife to get rid of all the withe layer. 2. Cut slices half an inch wide and arrange on a dish 3. Spread syrup made with sugar melted in hot water 5. Enjoy once cooled alone or garnish with mint leaves.
