Carrot Cake Protein Bars

These are incredibly easy and inexpensive to make. One batch will give you approximately 20 squares, each square is about 48 cals, 6 grams of protein, 0.7 grams of fat, and 4 grams of carbs. Oh and they’re Paleo Approved!

1 cup coconut flour
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp nutmeg
4 egg whites (can substitute flax or chia eggs to make this vegan)
1/4th cup Stevia
8 oz baby food carrots
2- 4 oz water (whatever will make a batter-like consistency)

Mix flour, protein, spices, and baking soda together in a bowl.
