Cauliflower with Walnut Sauce

Cauliflower only needs a good sauce to become a great side dish.

½ cauliflower
1 tomato
1 cup raw walnuts
1 teaspoon ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
1 tablespoon soy sauce

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces, and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
Chop the tomato into chunks. Set aside the seedy and watery part for sauce, and put the rest aside with cauliflower in a serving bowl.
Put the walnuts in a food processor and chop into small pieces. Add ground cumin, ground coriander, soy sauce, and the tomatoes set aside for sauce. Grind again until mixed. Add water to achieve desired consistency.
Put walnut sauce on top of the cauliflower and tomato.
